Bruce holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and Master of Accountancy from The University of West Florida and has earned recognition as an industry leader and innovator within the greater Pensacola area.

Josh is a seasoned professional with a strong track record in real estate operations. As the Operations Manager of our dynamic real estate team, he brings a wealth of experience, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for creating seamless and efficient workflows within the real estate industry. With more than 8 years of experience in the real estate sector, Josh has developed a deep understanding of the intricacies of property transactions and the importance of a well-organized team. Mirella plays a pivotal role in the success of Team Bruce Baker, MBA by identifying marketing opportunities through community outreach. Originally from the DC/VA area, Mirella and her family relocated to Pace when her husband received orders to NAS Whiting Field. After becoming deeply invested in the local community, Mirella and her family chose to remain in the panhandle following her husband’s retirement from the Navy. She is affiliated with several community organizations and serves on the Board of Directors for the Santa Rosa County Chamber of Commerce and Santa Rosa County Navy League Council. Mirella is also the Program Director for Empowering Women in Business Networking, an Ambassador with the Santa Rosa County Chamber, Graduate of Leadership Santa Rosa, Chair of Leadership Santa Rosa Alumni Association and served as Ombudsman for NAS Whiting Field from 2018-2022. In addition to her community involvement, Mirella excels in building strong relationships with our clients and longtime community partners.
